Dearest blog friends,

I would have had the honor of sharing countless laughs, sweat sessions, deep conversations, and delicious meals with the lovely lady on the right.  She and I both appreciate everything food, nutrition, fitness, training and the like, and have recently endeavored to share these passions through blogging.  To read more about Lauren, her cooking and running adventures, or to learn about the science behind making yogurt and why you should eat Brussels sprouts, check out her blog.
